Nachos

Nachos are a great easy meal to make at home, especially if you have friends over. They are a guaranteed crowd pleaser! We don’t have a strict recipe and think nachos work with a variety of fresh ingredients however we have listed the traditional essentials below

Cook time 15 minutes. Serves 3 people.

INGREDIENTS

1  x Willicroft Cheese Sauce (280g) 

140g x Tortilla Chips (Natural or Salted) 

120g x Vegan Sour Cream

1 x Avocado 

1 x Lime

1 x Bunch of Coriander 

1 x Red Onion (diced)

100g x Cherry tomatoes (diced) 

50g x Jalapenos

1 x Red Chilli

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour the Willicroft Cheese Sauce into a sauce pan and heat over a medium heat 

  2. Slice the Avocado and blitz in a blender until smooth adding juice from half the lime

  3. In a large bowl add the Tortilla chips. Top with the diced tomato, red onion, avocado and sour cream

  4. Finally gently pour the cheese sauce over the nachos and top with coriander, jalapenos and chilli.
